Unexpected upgrades and friendly faces

The staff made our stay delightful, especially after an initially rough arrival. The food choices were varied and satisfying, and we loved walking to nearby attractions.

the rooms, while somewhat updated, the bathrooms were absolutely awful, with loose fittings and leaky showers, how quaint! i also had the unfortunate experience of rude staff who barely spoke English, how charming for a so-called 'resort'. one would expect a complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences but alas, it seems that my expectations were dashed.

We stayed here recently and loved how welcoming the staff was, especially Natalia, who ensured our daughter felt special. The kids club and pools kept the kids entertained!

Great place for a group vacation! The kids enjoyed the mini club, and we loved hanging out by the two big pools. The Farros Club bar had awesome live music and games. A solid gym and tennis courts for those who wanted to stay active. Perfect for families just as much as friends!

One small hiccup was that the shower head wasn't great, and it could have used some better water pressure. It was a bit annoying, but it didn't ruin our stay.

the evening entertainment was kinda lacking , but the pool area was perfect with a choice of quiet and lively spots. food was excellent with plenty of options, and staff were super friendly and hard, working.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a stunning beach, just an 8-minute drive away, and the spacious swimming pools provide ample room for family activities. We appreciated the variety of all-inclusive dining options available, catering well to both adults and kids.

At times, the queues for drinks and food can be quite lengthy, which can be frustrating during peak hours.

Just an excellent fit for a quick stopover in Corralejo with good value considering price it charged. The breakfast spread was impressive, much more than I expected for an all-inclusive. Don't forget to explore the nearby shops for some great local finds.

Pools were great but Wi-Fi was spotty and service at the bar was slow.

The breakfast offered an impressive selection that made each morning enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the relax pool, which provided a serene atmosphere for unwinding. The main pool was lively, catering to those who enjoy entertainment. It truly stood out to see staff members consistently working hard and maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Some dining experiences fell flat. lunch and dinner had repetitive options, leading to the need for outside meals. The evening entertainment lacked variety, often feeling uninspired, and issues like poor WiFi reliability made it hard to stay connected. the overall condition of the main family pool left something to be desired, with certain sections prematurely closed for maintenance during our stay.
